My 2014 top 15

Thank you for following my blog this year and allowing me to share my creations.  I am planning to make fewer cards next year and concentrate on more sewing projects…well, we’ll see.

I have made approxiamately 200 cards this year and you can imagine how tricky it is to narrow it down to a few favourites, but here goes!  (In no particular order.)

I think this is my favourite.  The papers were from a Tattered Lace magazine and the digi is by Jellypark.

But this is a very close second!  Made entirely using a Polkadoodles CD, I did a lot of fussy cutting to make this circular card.

Creative Moments Challenge – Winter

The latest challenge at Creative Moments is sponsored by

I have made a card using Skating Polar bears.  The bears were coloured using Promarkers in Ivory and Saffron, plus the blender, I was watching a wildlife program last week and saw that polar bears are quite yellow in colour.  The reds used were Maroon and Ruby and the snowy sky is Cool Grey 1.  I have use papers from a Tattered Lace magazine with a Nordic theme.  The ornate die at the top of the image is from Spellbinders and the DAD is a Tonic die.

The card is finished with some Debbi Moore glitter and a few gems.
