Happy 18th Birthday!

Our second son was 18 yesterday. I made this card using a Mo Manning digi image and papers from the Very Fine Chap line from DoCrafts( I have had them for years!) I printed a greeting but the happy 18th came from a pack of cake toppers.

Vanilla cupcakes
White Chocolate and orange cake

Anyway we all had a great time. Especially him!

Card for my sister

I have made a series of cards for my sister’s birthday tis week and you will see various ones over the coming week. Today’s is made using Hunkydory, from one of their Matt-tastic lines. I have double folded one of the backing cards and used one of the toppers. The age and sentiment are from Hobbycraft and the ribbon is re-purposed from an old gift bag.

Cake and running

So, a fiftieth party of fizz and cake, for two friends who like running!  I found these two perfect digis on Polkadoodles’ Etsy store and used backing card from Hunkydory.  I cut some of the backing cards to use the bunting and cupcakes as embellishments.  And di dthe inside too.  (Apologies for the ascribbling, I should have photographed before writing),  I then made a gift tag using the same Hunkydory kit.

Creative Moments has  lots more fun cards at there Just fro Fun challenge this week!

Today’s post is my DT card for Creative Moments.  I have used Kick off Ted from Di’s digi designs .  It’s worth taking a look as Di’s digis have some super digistamps for spring.  Kick off Ted is coloured using Derwent colouring pencils.

A CAS and masculine card today!  I made this using Srif Craft Artist 2 and printed out the guitar and headphones twice so I could decoupage them.

Jasper is 12!

I is my middle child’s birthday today and I have made him a card using a digikit called RockStar from Daily Trail.  The cards is flat and has a co-ordinatinting insert.  The font came from a different digikit.  I love the simplicity of this card as my boy – like most 12-year-olds is not into fussy cards.
