Creative Moments – DT Call

Today I’m sharing another of the Christmas cards that I made. This was a Hunkydory kit and made a delightfully pretty card. I found some gems in my stash to add some balance and finish it off. The photo doesn’t really do justice to the colours on this card.

Happy Birthday Mum

Today is my Mother-in-law’s birthday so I made this card using a Hunkydory free gift! I know free – look how lovely it is! I added the gems from my stash and the sentiment is upcycled from a card I received on my birthday – such a great match.

We are self isolating so can’t see her today but wishing her a very happy birthday.

Wow! Christmas

This White-on-white Christmas card is made using a digi stamp from Heather Ellis.  Made into a square topper, matted on gold, it has been mounted onto  glittery vellum to make a 6 x 6 CAS card.

The miracle of Christmas

I have made a huge batch of Christmas cards using Hunkydory’s Miracle of Christmas pack.   This car is my favourite.  It is not clear in the mage, but the frame around the main topper is raised on foam pads as it the sentiment.

Creative Moments Challenge – Spring colours

Apparently, Monday was the first day of spring.    Hmmm…it was wet and windy here in Bristol, but the sun came out eventually.

My card today, for the new Creative Moments challenge uses a digistamp from

I coloured the sweet fairy and her friends using Promarkers and embellished with some wooden lasercut toadstools, which are also coloured.  The sentiment was typed onto the page before printing – all ready for Mothering Sunday, next weekend. The wings were printed separately to allow me to shape and decoupage them for dimension.
