I am sharing a cheerful Christmas Thank you card today. This sweet Humphrey was rubber stamped using a Crafter’s Companion stamp and coloured with Promarkers. The backing paper was free in a home craft magazine and has been finished off with jewels in the centre of somesnowflakes.
I am using a lovely Mo Manning imge on today’s card. This is a digistamp, coloured with Promarkers and mounted onto a backing paper which came free with a magazine. The pearls and ribbons are from my stash.
I have made a card for my daughter today. This lovely digistamp is from Art by Miran and just reminds me of my little girl with her glasses and long plaits. Thebacking papers are old stash from Docrafts and I have used a Sizzix die to cut and emboss the heart from a scrap of mirror card.
The new challenge at Creative Moments is sponsored by Eureka. As usual the challenge is anything oes but there is an option to make a card in 3 layers if you wish to join our theme. The backing papers and brads are from Karen Foster Designs.
Yesterday was 1st world war day at my children’s school. My daughter dressed as an Edwardian lady and I cut up an old dress to make her a floor-length skirt and fashioned a blouse with leg o’ mutton sleeves from her elder brother’s school shirt.
Dark blue is one shade that I struggle to colour. Having said that, I quite like the halo of bleeding around this fairy’s hat at it looks fluffy. I have used a delightful digistamp from Pollycraft. The backing paper and numbers ar old Kanban stash and the sentiment is Hunkydory. I’ve added some bling tomake this card extra special for the nine-year-old who’ll receive it.
