Hunkydory Christmas

This is a Hundydory card of a style I have never tried before. Who could think a Hunkydory car could be CaS? I cut various leaf die cuts from silver and white card but everything else on the card is from the Hunkydory topper and backing sheets (Wonderful Wintertime – A wise old winter). I think this is one of the nicest cards I have made in a long time 🙂

Creative Moments Challenge – Anything Goes

I’m going all Christmassy today with 2 very different cards made with papers from Decosse’s Dynamite Doodles. The papers are so versitile that I was able to make two very different Christmas cards.

The first card uses the Pine Boughs digi paper which is matted onto green parchment paper. It was a perfect backdrop to a pack of owl topppers I bought from my local HobbyCraft. The wooden heart came from the same place and the word Peace was cut using a Creative Expressions die. The paper is so pretty, it will be a perfect backing paper for a verity of cards.

The second card is certainly more blingy as I used up some red glitter card! I cut a square of paper from Christmas Critters into strips and matted onto gold before the red. I enlarge a section of the paper before printing and fussy cut the robin from the top of the tree to add as an embellishment. The sentiment came from my stash.

The papers I used are from these digi kits and are available here: http://decossesdynamitedoodles.blogspot.com/p/blog-page_26.html
