We have had a manic weekend at Leona’s, which all started with 10 children (as well as my own) coming to camp in the garden on Friday night. This is the invitation I made using a Daisy Trail digikit called Summer Camp. Much fun was had by all and we were blessed with warm, dry weather.
I was glad to get to bed as Hubby was in a tent in the garden too!
Today’s card is mage using vintage Hunkydory. It is a card made for a lady leaving my workplace for a new job. I have brushed all the edges of the pieces with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo distress ink and finished the card with my favourite string – bought from the supermarket!
Today is my baby girls’ 10th birthday. I shred hre card a few weeks ago but am posting this one today made with a MO Manning image that reminds me of her; my daughter always seems to have her head in a book! I think red and blue is my favourite colour combination on cards.
I made this card for my sister using DoCrafts digital designer and a Foreer Friends Digital CD also from DoCrafts. The papers and elements were layered up and the text was added, letter by letter, to personalise it. I used a greeting from the CD and som embellishments to make the co-ordinating insert.
This is one of the cards I made for Father’s Day. It was formy husband and I used a Little Claire’s stamp and coloured it with Promarkers. The ribbon was from a mixed pack at The Works and the sentiment tag is from DoCrafts’ new Mister Mister range. The string came on a big roll from Tesco!
