Creative Moments Challenge: Autumnal colours

I have used a Bugaboo stamp for this week’s card for the Creative Moments challenge.  I love finding digistamps for older boys as I tend to need these cards for my sons’ friends.

Creative Moments challenge – make it funny

This fun digi comes from Scribbles Designs and is perfect for a boys card – and I am always needing cards for older boys.

I have coloured using Promarkers, greens in Lime, Pear and Moss and reds used were Lipstick, Crimson and Poppy.  The papers used are from the Gorjuss range and the Sentiment is from My Paper Stash.

Creative Moments Challenge – anything goes

This week I have made a cards using a decorative sentiment from:

It does look like I have beautiful handwriting and am capable of wonderful calligraphy.  Alas no…but who needs to?  I printed and cut the sentiment digistamp and cut it out using a Spellbinder die.  The card is assembled using Hunkydory “Bygone Times” elements and papers.  Please take a look at the other DT inspiration and enter the challenge here.

Dangerous Dancing

Tomorrow is my husband’s birthday so I made this card using a digistamp from Just Inklined and coloured using Spectrum Noir Pencils.  It was printed on kraft Neenah so the skin tones were a little easier than usual!  And in case you were wondering, this is supposed to depict me and my hubby at our Ballroom Dancing class, though heaven help him if we do ever have to attempt this move!

Humphrey and Lottie search for eggs

This Humphrey’s Corner stamp from Crafter’s Companion was coloured using Letraset Aquamarkers as a watercolour paint.

The image was then die-cut into an oval and assembled using the sketch below and Simply Adorable papers from Making Cards magazine.  Each piece was edge using vintage photo  distress ink from Ranger.
