Creative Fingers Challenge – anything but a card

And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.

Ezekiel 33:32

Welcome to another post for Creative Fingers.  This week’s challenge is anything but a card and I have made a gift bag using this delightful image from Art by Miran.  I bought the kraft bag from The Hobby House and the butterfly papers were free with a magazine.  I have used a new Spellbinders die called the butterfly tree and the sentiment was bought in the same set. The pink cord is upcycled from an old gift bag (I can’t bin them without removing the handles and trims)  and one piece is used with the Hunkydory tag and the other is not fixed so that it could be tied to close the bag when filled.

  3. I love how you altered your paper bag! Just adorable and I love the lace along the top!!! Great altered bag! Thanks so much for playing along with the eTeam in our February eTeam Pick Challenge.

  4. I’m so glad that I’m not the only one that keeps the trims from old gift bags! Can’t throw anything away that might be useful. Your butterfly decorated bag is lovely. Thank you for sharing with us at Craft My Life this challenge. Hugs Mrs A. (DT.)
