Happy Easter to you all. I normally wouldn’t wish Happy Easter until Easter Sunday but had to post early to enter my cards into the challenges! I send a lot of Easter cards and try to ensure most reflect the holiness of the resurrection of Christ. This is a very special one for my sister – the one person who appreciates beautiful cards as much as I do. It is also for all of you – who clearly fall into the category too. 🙂
The cross was cut with a Sizzlits die, whilst all the other edges were cut with Spellbinders. The patterned paper has spring pansies on it and is from the Grandma’s button Box paper line from a few years back. The silver has an embossed linen effect.
This card will be entered ino the following challenges:
http://ourdailybreaddesignsblog.blogspot.co.uk/ – He is risen + pastels
http://thepinkelephantchallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ – clean and simple
http://useittuesday.blogspot.co.uk/ – hoarded suppies + spring
http://tuesdayalchemy.blogspot.co.uk/ – monchromatic pastels
http://theplaydatecafe.blogspot.co.uk/ – colour challenge
Thank you so much for looking, I’d love to read any comments you might have.
